Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes, all of your order details - including your order number - will be on your automated email confirmation. We'll also send you tracking when your order ships. Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers if you order more than one item.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, then clicking your name at the top of the page. This will take you to your order dashboard, where all of your order information is held. You'll also be able to view all of your previous orders and tracking numbers.
Q: Am I able to change an order after it's submitted?
A: We'll make every effort to stop your order before it ships. However, if your order has already been moved into production and shipped, we might not be able to accommodate an order change.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 10 business days. Transit time will vary depending on your location.
Q: I have only received part of my order. When will I receive the rest?
A: Because these items are manufactured at different factories, you may receive multiple shipments for your order. But don't worry! We'll send you tracking for each item so you'll know when to expect it.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Your items were specifically made for you. Because of this, on-demand items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us so we can make it right.
